I offer holistic massage combining my sensitivity to subtle energy, intuition and close connection to Spirit to support deep relaxation and reset. This treatment is an invitation to discover inner space, self love, peace, hope, and clarity.

The appointment may help heal your physical body, balance chakras, release trauma, improve overall health as well as re-energise and connect up your whole being. The session is lead intuitively and much is channelled, no one session is ever the same.

Client’s experience what they are ready and open to receiving, I cannot make anything happen, I am just the facilitator to support your healing. Your intention for the session can help a lot and much will depend on what doors are open for you in that moment.

What to expect:

Set in sacred space, we allow an initial 20 minutes for settling and checking-in, time to discuss your intentions and complete my brief health questionnaire. Some messages or insight may come through, if you would like that, but not always.

Relax on my warm massage couch under soft cotton towels and blankets, with optional soothing music and scents of essential oils.

Hot stones and AAA grade crystals can be included at no extra cost, along with my nourishing personal blend of natural massage oils.

My hands are kind and pressure can be firm at times. There is fluid communication during the massage, allowing the session flow naturally and peacefully. Similar to reiki, you may at times feel warmth from my hands above your body or tingles in your feet and fingers as energy/blood moves but this does pass and is a positive sign of improved circulation and life force energy.

Aftercare:

Clients often experience deep relaxation and emotions may surface during or after the session. You could feel tired after the appointment, calm or even energised, there is now way of knowing really. Allow yourself some time afterwards to integrate and ideally (where possible) take it easy for a few days, avoiding heavy lifting, conflict, deep stretching, and alcohol. Nature walks, Epson salt baths or sea swimming can be grounding.

Due to the depth of my work and high demand for this service, I recommend new clients schedule a follow-up appointment within at least one month.

Due to the high demand for my services at present, home visits are only upon special request. I have a clinic in Central London that I try to visit every 3/4 months.

Travel to You

Simply provide the space, and I'll bring my folding massage table, towels, bolster, and luxury massage oils to create a tranquil setting in your home.

Seated Massage Option

Seated massage is given fully clothed and works well for those who find lying on a massage couch uncomfortable. Seated massage is ideal at festivals and other events.
