I offer experienced holistic massage, combining my sensitivity to subtle energy, intuition and close connection to Spirit to support deep relaxation and reset. This treatment is an invitation to discover your inner spaces, find deeper self love, peace, hope, and clarity.

Touch is powerful and this appointment may help to heal your physical body, balance chakras, release trauma, improve overall health, as well as re-energise and connect to a greater feeling of wholeness. The session is lead intuitively and much is channelled, no one session is ever the same.

Client’s experience what they are ready and open to receiving, I cannot make anything happen, I am the facilitator and friend to support your healing process. I find that holding an intention often helps the focus but also remaining open to what flows in the moment.

What to expect:

Set in sacred space, we allow an initial 20-30 minutes for settling and checking-in. With your feet soaking in magnesium salts, it’s a lovely time to discuss your intentions and complete my health questionnaire. Some messages or insight may come through, if you would like that, but not always.

Relax on my warm massage couch under soft cotton towels and blankets, with optional soothing music, sounds and scents of essential oils.

Basalt hot stones and AAA grade crystals can be included if you wish at no extra cost, along with my nourishing personal blend of natural massage oils and CBD muscle creams.

My hands are kind and pressure can be firm or gentle. There is fluid communication during the massage, allowing the session flow naturally and peacefully. Similar to reiki, you may at times feel warmth from my hands above your body or tingles in your feet and fingers as energy/blood moves through blocks. These sensations do pass and is a positive sign of improved circulation and balanced life force energy.

Aftercare:

Clients often experience deep relaxation and like any therapy, emotions may surface during or after sessions. You could feel tired after the appointment, calm or energised, there is no way of knowing really how each individual will respond but trusting the process and showing care for yourself will help. Allowing some time afterwards to integrate and ideally (where possible) rest for a few days, avoid heavy lifting, conflict, deep stretching, and alcohol. Bare foot walks, meditation, yoga, Epsom salt baths and sea swimming can be very grounding.

Due to the depth of my work and often high demand for this service, I recommend new clients schedule a follow-up appointment within at least one month to receive the most benefit.

Mobile Massage and Healing - Relax in your own home!

Due to the high demand for my services at present, home visits are only upon special request. I have a clinic in Central London that I try to visit twice per year and see clients in Glastonbury approximately once per month.

Travel to You

Simply provide the space, and I'll bring my folding massage table, towels, bolster, hot stonesm, candles and luxury massage oils to create a tranquil setting in your home.

Seated Massage Option

Seated massage is given fully clothed and works well for those who find lying on a massage couch uncomfortable. Seated massage is ideal at festivals and other events.

Mobile Pricing

Mobile prices vary based on the location but there is a minimum charge £25 to cover my time and travel expenses on top of my usual treatment pricing. Please contact me for more information and to discuss your specific needs.
