A gentle and nurturing approach to yoga - expect comfortable stretching, breathing techniques, a chilled playlist, guided relaxation, mantra, mudras and meditation to aid wellbeing and set you up for the week ahead. Perfect for beginners or those looking to take things a little softer or spiritual.
Some mats are provided but please bring your own if you have one. A few blankets are also provided but again, bringing your own is recommended.
Pay £10 drop-in (cash/card) or five classes for £47.50 (£9.50 per class), 10 classes for £90 (£9.00 per class).

Yin Yoga and soundbath (pop-up events!)
In yin yoga classes we allow the heart, muscles and mind a little longer to comfortably soften and unwind using bolsters and props. Expect fewer poses with more time to rest. Think slow and gentle meditative movement accompanied by gentle teaching and soothing music. Float home feeling lighter and ready for a good night sleep.
Yin yoga classes are run as pop-up events and can sometimes feature live music. Stay tuned.

Private 1:1 Yoga Classes
Bespoke private one-to-one gentle yoga sessions from my cosy studio in Constantine, near Falmouth. I can also travel to you or deliver teaching online.
Includes:
• All equipment (inc. bolsters, blankets and eye pillow)• Gentle movement with the breath
• Breathing practices
• Guided meditation
• 10 minutes head and neck massage
• Calming scents of essential oils

Truro, Accessible Yoga for neurodiverse adults: Mondays, 17:00 - 17:45
A gentle and often playful 45 minute yoga class for adults who may benefit from smaller classes. Carers welcome to partake at no extra charge. Prior booking essential, please contact me for more information. rosie.atherton@yahoo.co.uk

Baby Yoga & Massage
I offer one-to-one or small group Baby Yoga and Massage classes which provide a wealth of benefits to both you and your baby. During my 6 week courses, I will guide and teach you safe, fun and effective techniques to improve your baby’s sleep, aid digestive issues, calm colic, strengthen your bond as well as support your child’s physical and cognitive development. Handouts with clear instructions are provided. DBS checked.
